The Indian Air Force (IAF) has given a statement about participating in the national air exercise. There is going to be an air exercise in Waddington , Britain from 6-27 March. In this (Cobra Warrior) maneuver, the Indian Air Force will show its strength. According to the Indian Air Force, five indigenous LCA Tejas fighter aircraft will participate in this combat skill demonstration, while a C-17 aircraft will provide transport support.
During the partition, the assets of the Royal Indian Air Force were divided between India and Pakistan. Till 1950, the Indian Air Force was known as Royal Air Force. But in January 1950, when India became a republic under the British Commonwealth, the Royal prefix was removed from the front of the Royal Air Force to the Indian Air Force or Indian Air Force.

Let us tell you that at present, the joint exercise of the Indian Air Force and the Royal Air Force of Oman, Eastern Bridge-6, is being conducted at Jodhpur Air Force Station from Saturday. In this context, the IAF said that this event will provide a platform for both the Air Forces to learn and operate together. The joint exercise of both the armies will continue till February 25. The armies of both the countries are sharing experiences with each other by practicing precision strikes in the desert areas.
The Air Force Chiefs of both the countries are also expected to arrive during the conclusion of the exercise. Airbus A-320 carrying the Oman Air Force team participating in the exercise had reached Jodhpur Air Force Station on Saturday from Muscat. About 130 Air Force of Oman have come to Jodhpur from different planes. He has five F-16 fighter jets with him. During the exercise, there has been a schedule briefing between the Air Forces of both the countries on Sunday.
