Britain warned Russia on Wednesday. Britain said that in the event of an invasion of Ukraine, it would impose some more sanctions on Russia. Britain's Foreign Minister Liz Truss said sanctions were imposed in parliament on Tuesday by Prime Minister Boris Johnson against five Russian banks and three billionaires linked to Russian President Vladimir Putin, but more sanctions could be imposed. "We are imposing sanctions in coordination with the US and Europe to ensure that Putin does not use the 'divide and rule' strategy among our allies," Truss said. "We have shown that we are united and will increase sanctions in the event of an attack," the foreign minister said.
