test a few days before the election

South Korea on Wednesday took place just days before a presidential election, where officials prepare for a future North Korean attempt to launch its spy satellite into orbit. According to media reports, the technology of launching ICBMs has also been used in the launch of the satellite. Therefore its consequences can be serious. At the same time, South Korea is also pursuing plans for its own Space Launch Vehicle, which has not been banned by the UNSC.
